Why isn't Annie answering my question?
Annie responds based on content from her masterclass library. If your question is outside of business coaching, mindset, pricing, systems, or clinic growth topics, Annie may not have relevant information. Try rephrasing your question or asking about a related business topic.
How do I access my conversation history?
Your conversations are automatically saved when you're signed in. Click the history icon (clock symbol) in the chat header or use the keyboard shortcut ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to view and search your past conversations.
Can I export my conversations?
Currently, conversation export isn't available, but we're working on adding this feature. For now, you can copy and paste individual messages from your chat history.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Go to your Account page and click on the "Subscription" tab. From there, you can manage your billing, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your conversations and personal data are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties or use your conversations to train AI models. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What's the difference between voice settings?
Annie offers three voice styles: "Friendly" (warm and encouraging), "Coach" (direct and action-oriented), and "Clinical" (professional and evidence-focused). You can change this anytime in the chat settings.

Tips for Writing an Effective Bug Report
What makes a good bug report?
- Be specific: Describe exactly what happened, not just "it doesn't work"
- Include context: What were you trying to do? What page or feature were you using?
- Provide steps: List the exact steps you took that led to the problem
- Note what you expected: What should have happened instead?
- Copy error messages: If you saw any error messages, include them exactly as they appeared
- Mention frequency: Does this happen every time, or only sometimes?
Example of a helpful bug report:
"When I tried to submit a chat message, the send button became disabled but the message never appeared in the chat. This happens every time I try to send a message longer than 500 characters."
Steps to reproduce:
- Type a message longer than 500 characters
- Click the send button
- Button becomes disabled but message doesn't appear
Expected: Message should appear in chat after clicking send
Actual: Button disables but nothing happens

Your bug report includes: your description, the page URL where the issue occurred, and your browser/device information. This technical information helps us reproduce and fix the problem. We do not collect personal information beyond what you choose to include.
